Great support
We use DOCman for a customer who has a restricted site for their company's staff and agents. There are tens of categories and several hundreds of documents on the site. Works as advertised, easy for non-technical staff. As easy as it gets. I had an issue with the launch of MS Edge. Joomlatools found the source of the issue (MS), and fixed the problem on my site.
