We are so confident in our work that every first purchase comes with a 30-day money back guarantee in case there are any issues with the product that cannot be resolved by us.
If for any reason there are issues with our extensions that we cannot resolve for you, we will be happy to provide a full refund of your purchase within the first 30 days. Refunds are only granted on the original subscription purchase for single extension subscriptions and do not apply to subscription renewals or bundle subscriptions.
Refund requests may take up to 15 days to process. Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase. Please note that by purchasing any of our subscriptions, you agreed to the terms of our Terms of Service.
To ask for a refund, simply submit your request for refund by contacting us directly and providing us with your subscription reference, date of purchase and the original purchaser’s email address. Requests with incomplete information will be disregarded.
