What are the subscription keys used for?
Subscription keys connect your site to ours, allowing us to send you automatic updates. Active subscription holders also receive support and have access to our Joomlatools Connect services.
Do subscription keys restrict functionality?
Absolutely not. Our extensions will work as expected whether you have your subscription keys activated or not. You are encouraged to test extensions on your staging site by disabling the subscription key.
Subscriptions will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the extension but you will no longer have access to our regular software updates, support center and Joomlatools Connect services.
What happens if I go over my plan?
No problem, there is no interruption or restriction in service. You can either let us know you are exceeding your plan and require an upgrade (which is preferred). Our systems will also pick up the additional site(s) and we will notify you that an upgrade is required.
Can I request a refund?
You are more than welcome to request a refund within 30 days of purchasing your subscription. However, no refunds are allowed for subscription renewals. For more info please review our refund policy.
What is developer support?
Developer support includes help for developers who wish to extend our extensions by building custom integrations, or developers who need help with template overrides. You get access to our dedicated developer forums.
What is Joomlatools Connect?
Joomlatools Connect provides additional web services like file indexing and file thumbnails on our best-in-class infrastructure. Connect is installed in your Joomla site using a separate plugin and requires an active subscription.
What is Joomlatools Dashboard?
Joomlatools Dashboard gives you a complete 360° overview of your sites, activity, tickets, and downloads, with easy and direct access to our support center and documentation.
