Preventing conflict errors when using action permissions

If you set an action permission to Denied for a parent user group the permission will be inherited by the children. Setting a child's permission to Allowed will create a conflict error.

To solve this you need to set the action permission to Inherited instead of Denied.

An example of inheritance is making visitors see documents but not download them.
