Very pleased with how quickly and professionally the team responded to my support request. I did slow your support staff down a little with my GeoIP blocking, but once that was corrected they were right on it! They went the extra mile in not only identifying the problem, but also making sure that the settings I had messed up were all corrected and explained the changes to me in a way I understood, so I won’t (hopefully) make that same mistake again!
